US SHIPPING

EN VIRAGES offers complimentary standard shipping to (and returns from) addresses within the United States. Orders for expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, which are available for an additional charge, must be placed by 12 p.m. ET; orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will ship on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EN VIRAGES offers complimentary International Express shipping on orders over $500. On orders under $500, we charge a flat $20 rate. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any associated duties and taxes, and given the option to pay up front or upon delivery at checkout.

RETURNS

EN VIRAGES accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached. Items marked “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.

For domestic returns of items purchased FROM EN VIRAGES, please use the prepaid UPS return label included in the box. No need to include any paperwork or request an RA# if using the complimentary label. If you do not have the prepaid label, please contact orders@ENVIRAGES.COM. Once the item has been checked in by our warehouse, you will be refunded.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for complimentary returns. For international returns, please contact orders@ENVIRAGES.COM for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full price that have been marked down within 14 days of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order appear with the option to "Pre-order" rather than "Add to Cart"; the estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
